Tip Corporation is a leading manufacturer and supplier of cleanroom and ESD packaging products, moisture barrier bags and desiccants for the hard disk drive, electronics and semiconductor industries.

Our production facilities consist of a controlled environment film extrusion, lamination and slitting area, cleanrooms certified up to class 100 for the conversion process, and third party pest control servces.

CLEANROOM PACKAGING PRODUCTS

Tip Corporation's Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) bags are well known to be the cleanest and most economical in the world. With particle levels compatible with cleanrooms down to Class I, our bags have been used widely in the most stringent environments such as hard disk drive media, substrate manufacturing and water fabs.

With monthly output of more than 300Mt, we are known to be the largest manufacturer and supplier of cleanroom bags in the world. Our range of packaging products includes:

STATE-OF-THE-ART PRODUCTION MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT

Our cleanroom production machinery includes Barmag five-layer co-extrusion blown film extrusion lines, Davis-Standard / Egan high speed extrusion laminators (up to 60in widths), Windmoller & Holscher dry laminators, Reifenhauser blown film extrusion lines (up to three-layer co-extrusion), and FMC bag making machines.

Tip Corporation's cleanroom laboratory testing equipment includes PMS laser liquid particle counters, met one air particle counters, optical density meters, tensile strength testers, surface resistivity meters, and triboelectric charge / static field meters.
