It is equipped with a built-in O2, H2O and CNC particle counters, which are designed for quick set-up and testing results. It is also equipped with internal on-board purified gas source and uninterrupted power supply. It is capable of testing multiple sampling points simultaneously.

ULTRA PURE WATER ANALYTICAL TEST CART (UPW/ATC)
