COMPACT MANIPULATORS

Intestlogic Series manipulators offer the convenience of state-of-the-art pneumatic power for positioning the test head, with up-and-down movements supported by air-pressure-based, floating-state technology. ATE DOCKING SYSTEMS

CENTAUR WAFER-SORT INTERFACE

The Centaur interface gives you the maximum mechanical and electrical flexibility possible today in a wafer-sort interface. It lets you precisely and economically expand and upgrade your signal path as tester performance changes over time:

• Pin Count Expansion: as tester pin count increases, you can increase the number of signal modules without changing hardware
• Test Instrument Upgrade: if you add additional test instruments (such as an arbitrary waveform generator) you simply add the appropriate Transpar signal module and you're ready to test - again, without changing any hardware
