Lisa Su is the senior vice president and chief technology officer for Freescale Semiconductor, the global leader in embedded processing solutions. She is responsible for Freescale's technology roadmap and global research and development operations.
Su joined the company in 2007 from IBM, where she was the vice president of semiconductor research and development and was responsible for the strategic direction of the brand's silicon technologies, joint development alliances and semiconductor research and development operations.
Su has authored and co-authored more than 40 technical publications and has also co-authored a book chapter on next-generation consumer electronics. She was listed in MIT Technology Review's top 100 young innovators in 2002.
