Delegates represent leading global organisations at an executive level and are responsible for recommending, authorising and specifying. Delegates typically have multi-million dollar budgets, sometimes running into several hundred million dollars.
Once it has been established that an individual wields sufficient influence to be a specifying delegate, they are invited to attend the event.
Based on the strategic needs of these delegates, senior executives from a number of leading supplier organisations are then invited to attend. It is from this selection that specifying delegates and supplier organisations are matched to undertake one-to-one meetings.
In the run up to the event, specifying delegates and supplier organisations are asked to complete their preferences for meetings. It is from this list that a personalised meeting schedule is formed.
During the event, delegates and suppliers will undertake a series of one-to-one business development meetings, which are interspersed with a range of conference and workshop sessions.
