Polymeric contamination control flooring for the semiconductor industry

Electrostatic discharge control solutions for traffic applications

Dycem products such as Cleanzone for lighter wheel traffic and foot traffic, and Workzone for heavy wheel traffic areas are designed to reduce electrostatic discharge (ESD).

The flooring reduces airborne particulates by up to 75% and actively attracts dust to its surface. Reducing atmospheric dust will decrease the level of ESD build-up and help protect the internal structure of devices.

Dycem flooring also actively neutralises ESD that is already built-up.

The company’s products are highly electric-resistant and aim to safely diffuse the ESD from the conductor (person walking on the mat).

Bespoke contamination control flooring

Offered as a bespoke long-term installation or a self-installed replacement, CZ01 is designed for light pedestrian or vehicular traffic. It also comes in an array of edging systems, such as plain, anti-microbial, diminishing edging, and bespoke printed solutions.

The CZ02 is designed for heavier traffic loads, including trolleys, forklifts and pallet trucks. It provides a seamless transition on and off the system, ensuring sensitive loads carried across by wheeled traffic are undisturbed.

CZ02 also comes with standard diminishing edging, or for areas where there is greater chance of injury, it is installed with a heavy-duty, 3mm-thick, food grade, stainless-steel edging system.

Both flooring systems are 2.1mm-thick and available in a range of colours, which are designed to either highlight or mask contamination.
